1 1/2 oz. Dark Rum
fill with Ginger beer
1/2 juice of Lime
2 dash Peychaud bitters
Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled Collins glass. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral.
